& delivery policies
International orders
We accept international orders and we charge a flat shipping
fee of USD20.00 (GBP10.00). All orders are shipped via
United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery time ranges
from 5 to 14 business days. We will ship all orders that
are placed on weekdays within 24 to 48 hours. Some products
that are handmade may take up to 7 days. Orders that are
placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday.
We ship from San Diego, CA. Mel Lim/JOY by Mel Lim is
neither liable nor responsible for any delays, damage,
or failure of delivery by USPS.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

All sales are final. No cash refunds, exchanges or returns
for non-damaged goods, so please purchase with confidence.
CA residents, please add 7.75% state sales tax. Returns
for damaged merchandise must be pre-authorized by JOY
by Mel Lim, and be accompanied by an authorization number
(RMA#). Damaged or defective merchandise maybe exchanged
for identitical items or for store credit and must be reported within 3 business days.
We kindly ask that customers ship defective
or damaged merchandise or returns in it's original packaging
to address above. All shipping charges for any returns
or exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer. Cancellations
can only be made before the item has been packaged for
shipping. Orders that cannot be delivered or where delivery
is refused will not be refunded if delivery was properly
attempted to the address given in the Order.
Shipping
We will ship all orders that are placed on weekdays within
24 to 48 hours. Some products that are handmade may take
up to 7 days. Orders that are placed on the weekend will
ship the following Monday. Ground shipments may take anywhere
from 2 to 6 business days in the continental US. We ship
from San Diego, CA. All orders above $100 receives free
ground shipping *continental us only*. All order shipping
to a P.O. Box must be shipped via USPS. JOY by Mel Lim
is neither liable nor responsible for any delays, damage,
or failure of delivery by USPS or FEDEX
